{"id":6073,"date":"2016-12-21T09:04:17","date_gmt":"2016-12-21T08:04:17","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.4webs.es\/blog\/?p=6073"},"modified":"2016-11-27T16:19:07","modified_gmt":"2016-11-27T15:19:07","slug":"estudio-ecommerce-mobile-2016","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.4webs.es\/blog\/estudio-ecommerce-mobile-2016","title":{"rendered":"Estudio ecommerce MOBILE 2016"},"content":{"rendered":"<div class=\"row\"><div class=\"col-md-11 content-article\"><p>En la edici\u00f3n n\u00famero 8 del <strong>Estudio Mobile, la <a href=\"http:\/\/www.iabspain.net\/wp-content\/uploads\/downloads\/2016\/10\/Estudio_Anual_de_Mobile_Marketing_2016.pdf\">Comisi\u00f3n Mobile IAB Spain <\/a><\/strong>presenta su informe con diferentes objetivos a conseguir:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Conocer las <strong>tendencias que los principales indicadores del mercado Mobile<\/strong> nos marcan, la evoluci\u00f3n del sector.<\/li>\n<li>Realizar un <strong>informe sobre el acceso a internet utilizando modernos dispositivos m\u00f3viles, como la Tablet y el Smartphone.<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>Analizar c\u00f3mo es la <strong>publicidad mobile, la din\u00e1mica del email y el display<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li>Entender el <strong>papel del m\u00f3vil y la Tablet como second screend<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li>Definir <strong>un perfil del comprador mCommerce.<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Ficha del estudio<\/h2>\n<p>El informe se basa en un estudio realizado en <strong><a href=\"http:\/\/www.iabspain.net\/mobile\/\">septiembre de este a\u00f1o 2016<\/a>, sobre 1.154 entrevistas<\/strong> mediante el sistema C.A.W.I. online , realizado entre personas <strong>residentes en Espa\u00f1a, de 15 a 65 a\u00f1os<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>El estudio tiene un nivel de confianza del 95.5% y un error muestral de \u00b12,9%.<\/p>\n<h3>Perfil de la muestra realizada<\/h3>\n<p>La muestra est\u00e1 efectuada con <strong>una paridad casi igual en cuanto a hombres y mujeres (51 y 49% respectivamente<\/strong>), con m\u00e1s participaci\u00f3n de personas entre 30 y 65 a\u00f1os, y tambi\u00e9n de miembros de hogares de 2 a 4 personas<\/p>\n<p>Entre los entrevistados est\u00e1n <strong>personas con diferentes niveles de estudios, pero m\u00e1s entrevistas a quienes tienen bachiller superior<\/strong> y sobre todo trabajadores por cuenta ajena (en un 75%).<\/p>\n<h3>Dimensionamiento del mercado, dispositivos de uso<\/h3>\n<p>El uso en Espa\u00f1a de m\u00f3vil entre personas de 16 a 65 a\u00f1os est\u00e1 implantado en un 94%, mayoritariamente Smartphone. Si lo cuantificamos, este porcentaje equivale a <strong>21 millones y medio de personas.<\/strong><\/p>\n<figure id=\"attachment_6079\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-6079\" style=\"width: 754px\" class=\"wp-caption alignnone\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full wp-image-6079\" src=\"https:\/\/www.4webs.es\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/12\/penetracion-dispositivos-moviles.jpg\" alt=\"Dispositivos de conexi\u00f3n en Espa\u00f1a\" width=\"754\" height=\"384\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.4webs.es\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/12\/penetracion-dispositivos-moviles.jpg 754w, https:\/\/www.4webs.es\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/12\/penetracion-dispositivos-moviles-300x153.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 709px) 85vw, (max-width: 909px) 67vw, (max-width: 984px) 61vw, (max-width: 1362px) 45vw, 600px\" \/><figcaption id=\"caption-attachment-6079\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">Dispositivos de conexi\u00f3n en Espa\u00f1a<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p><strong>Por detr\u00e1s el m\u00f3vil, el dispositivo m\u00e1s utilizado para la conexi\u00f3n a Internet es el ordenador<\/strong>, seguido de la Tablet. El port\u00e1til en un 77% y el ordenador Pc de sobremesa en un 69%.<\/p>\n<p>La Tablet un 66%, y a continuaci\u00f3n, en menor medida, consola de sobremesa, TV con internet integrado, consola port\u00e1til Smartwatch.<\/p>\n<p>Si evaluamos el <strong>tiempo de conexi\u00f3n a Internet entre Tablet y ordenador<\/strong>, los encuestados afirman conectarse al ordenador en un 70%, frente a un 30% de la Tablet.<\/p>\n<h2>Smartphone \/ Tablet<\/h2>\n<p>Entre el tel\u00e9fono inteligente Smartphone y la Tablet, en el estudio de tiempo de conexi\u00f3n diario, en el <strong>caso del Smartphone nos conectamos una media diaria de dos horas y 34 minutos<\/strong>. Con la Tablet, una hora y 19 minutos.<\/p>\n<figure id=\"attachment_6081\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-6081\" style=\"width: 754px\" class=\"wp-caption alignnone\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full wp-image-6081\" src=\"https:\/\/www.4webs.es\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/12\/tablets-moviles-ecommerce.jpg\" alt=\"Tablets y m\u00f3viles: Tiempo de conexi\u00f3n diario\" width=\"754\" height=\"441\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.4webs.es\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/12\/tablets-moviles-ecommerce.jpg 754w, https:\/\/www.4webs.es\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/12\/tablets-moviles-ecommerce-300x175.jpg 300w, https:\/\/www.4webs.es\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/12\/tablets-moviles-ecommerce-718x420.jpg 718w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 709px) 85vw, (max-width: 909px) 67vw, (max-width: 984px) 61vw, (max-width: 1362px) 45vw, 600px\" \/><figcaption id=\"caption-attachment-6081\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">Tablets y m\u00f3viles: Tiempo de conexi\u00f3n diario<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>En el <strong>an\u00e1lisis del tipo de actividades realizadas<\/strong> a trav\u00e9s de la red:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>M\u00f3vil.<\/strong> Las <strong>actividades consideradas sociales, <\/strong>como los foros y redes sociales, chat, correo electr\u00f3nico, WhatsApp\/Skype, etc., <strong>son las m\u00e1s realizadas <\/strong>mediante el Smartphone, en un 89%. Siguen las actividades l\u00fadicas en un 52%, las consultivas (consulta de tiempo, noticias, transportes, etc.) en un 51% y funcionales en un 33% (banca, compra productos, reservas, etc.).<\/li>\n<li><strong>Tablet<\/strong>. Los anteriores porcentajes cambian un poco respecto de la Tablet, donde <strong>las actividades l\u00fadicas son las m\u00e1s utilizadas<\/strong> (un 37%), seguidas de las sociales, y despu\u00e9s las consultivas y las funcionales.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Apps en los distintos dispositivos<\/h3>\n<p>Los datos del estudio concluyen en que cada mes hay <strong>un promedio de 2 Apps instaladas en el m\u00f3vil y 1 en la Tablet.<\/strong> Del total que los usuarios entrevistados recuerdan haber instalado afirman que han utilizado la mitad.<\/p>\n<p><strong>El dispositivo m\u00f3vil aparece como Second screen cuando se ve televisi\u00f3n<\/strong> en primera posici\u00f3n, con un 81% frente a un 56% de la Tablet.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Otros dispositivos con control remoto integrado<\/strong> muy utilizados, son los relojes con acceso a internet, el uso del Smartphone como mando de la televisi\u00f3n, coches o electrodom\u00e9sticos con acceso a Internet, etc.<\/p>\n<p>Un elevado porcentaje de encuestados afirma que <strong>algo menos de la mitad de los mails que reciben no est\u00e1n adaptados al m\u00f3vil<\/strong>. De este porcentaje, la mayor\u00eda de usuarios asegura que no abre estos correos desde otros dispositivos m\u00f3viles.<\/p>\n<p>En el momento de realizar las compras, en la franja de edad situada entre 16 y 45 a\u00f1os se declara por <strong>una gran mayor\u00eda haber utilizado en alguna ocasi\u00f3n el Smartphone para comprar, con un porcentaje total de 9 de cada 10 45vw, 600px\" \/><figcaption id=\"caption-attachment-6083\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">Mobile en decisi\u00f3n de compra<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>Adem\u00e1s, 4 de cada 1 compradores aseguran que han realizado la compra, no con una aplicaci\u00f3n, sino con <strong>el sistema Mcommerce, por la comodidad y sencillez de este m\u00e9todo.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>En lo que respecta <strong>al pago en establecimientos<\/strong> utilizando el m\u00f3vil para ello, un 46% de los encuestados afirma haberlo hecho con peque\u00f1os pagos en grandes superficies y supermercados, un 43 % en grandes cadenas
