{"id":3747,"date":"2014-06-09T07:49:01","date_gmt":"2014-06-09T05:49:01","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.4webs.es\/blog\/?p=3747"},"modified":"2014-06-16T17:27:47","modified_gmt":"2014-06-16T15:27:47","slug":"nuevo-analytics-para-ecommerce","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.4webs.es\/blog\/nuevo-analytics-para-ecommerce","title":{"rendered":"Nuevo Analytics para ecommerce"},"content":{"rendered":"<div class=\"row\"><div class=\"col-md-11 content-article\"><p>Si ya os contamos anteriormente las ventajas de pasar a <a  href=\"https:\/\/www.4webs.es\/blog\/como-activar-google-universal-analytics-en-5-pasos\"><strong>Universal Analytics<\/strong><\/a>, Google acaba de lanzar una nueva versi\u00f3n para <strong>ecommerce<\/strong> que solo podr\u00e1n disfrutar aquellos usuarios que hayan realizado este cambio, aunque se encuentra en fase beta, pr\u00e1cticamente podemos decir que ya se puede usar, aunque es importante saber que el sistema antiguo de Analytics y el nuevo no pueden convivir, o usas el nuevo o el antiguo.<\/p>\n<p>Las ventajas de usar el<strong> nuevo sistema de ecommerce mejorado<\/strong> es que ya no solo nos van a reflejar datos de conversiones, embudos o otros datos relativos a las p\u00e1ginas, ahora lo importante es el producto en s\u00ed y lo que hacen los usuarios en nuestra tienda, esto quiere decir que <strong>podremos ver los productos m\u00e1s vistos, que productos son los que m\u00e1s se a\u00f1aden a nuestro carrito de compra, uso de cupones, clicks en productos o banners<\/strong>, sorprendente no, como v\u00e9is es un gran avance en Analytics que se centra cada vez m\u00e1s en la venta.<\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<h2>Como activar el sistema de ecommerce mejorado<\/h2>\n<p>Lo primero que debemos hacer para activarlo es irnos a \u201cVER\u201d en la pesta\u00f1a de administraci\u00f3n, y <strong>si tenemos activado Universal Analytics<\/strong> aparecer\u00e1 una nueva opci\u00f3n llamada \u201c<strong>Configuraci\u00f3n de Comercio electr\u00f3nico<\/strong>\u201d.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-3750\" src=\"https:\/\/www.4webs.es\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/06\/analytics-para-ecommerce.jpg\" alt=\"analytics-para-ecommerce\" width=\"852\" height=\"383\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.4webs.es\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/06\/analytics-para-ecommerce.jpg 852w, https:\/\/www.4webs.es\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/06\/analytics-para-ecommerce-300x134.jpg 300w, https:\/\/www.4webs.es\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/06\/analytics-para-ecommerce-800x360.jpg 800w, https:\/\/www.4webs.es\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/06\/analytics-para-ecommerce-159x71.jpg 159w, https:\/\/www.4webs.es\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/06\/analytics-para-ecommerce-166x75.jpg 166w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 709px) 85vw, (max-width: 909px) 67vw, (max-width: 1362px) 62vw, 840px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Posteriormente tan solo tendremos que habilitar los \u201c<strong>informes de comercio electr\u00f3nico mejorado<\/strong>\u201d. Al habilitarla nos permitir\u00e1 a\u00f1adir las diferentes etiquetas para poder identificar los embudos de conversi\u00f3n, por ejemplo, yo he puesto, el registro, carrito y las diferentes formas de pago, para <strong>identificar por donde se van quedando mis clientes<\/strong> con el fin de ir mejorando la experiencia.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-3752\" src=\"https:\/\/www.4webs.es\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/06\/sistema-ecommerce-mejorado-analytics.jpg\" alt=\"sistema-ecommerce-mejorado-analytics\" width=\"852\" height=\"383\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.4webs.es\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/06\/sistema-ecommerce-mejorado-analytics.jpg 852w, https:\/\/www.4webs.es\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/06\/sistema-ecommerce-mejorado-analytics-300x134.jpg 300w, https:\/\/www.4webs.es\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/06\/sistema-ecommerce-mejorado-analytics-800x360.jpg 800w, https:\/\/www.4webs.es\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/06\/sistema-ecommerce-mejorado-analytics-159x71.jpg 159w, https:\/\/www.4webs.es\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/06\/sistema-ecommerce-mejorado-analytics-166x75.jpg 166w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 709px) 85vw, (max-width: 909px) 67vw, (max-width: 1362px) 62vw, 840px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Solo nos queda un \u00faltimo paso y es <strong>integrar el c\u00f3digo de analytics<\/strong>, que aunque ha mejorado el sistema considerablemente tenemos que tener que seguir introduci\u00e9ndolo manualmente, en la web de Google ten\u00e9is toda la documentaci\u00f3n del <a href=\"https:\/\/developers.google.com\/analytics\/devguides\/collection\/analyticsjs\/enhanced-ecommerce\" target=\"_blank\">Web Trackin<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Bueno comencemos pues con un ejemplo pr\u00e1ctico para a\u00f1adir a nuestra tienda, si usas una tienda tipo <strong>Prestashop o Magento<\/strong>, olvidaros de ponerlo manualmente, para poder usar la nueva funcionalidad <strong>es necesario hacerlo a trav\u00e9s de un m\u00f3dulo<\/strong> ya que son muchas variables y datos que hay que pasar a las diferentes p\u00e1ginas. Estas funcionalidades a\u00fan no est\u00e1n funcionando en los diferentes m\u00f3dulos que conocemos pero no ser\u00eda de extra\u00f1ar que aparezcan.<\/p>\n<p>Resumiendo las diferentes funciones que Google nos indica en su documentaci\u00f3n:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>ec:addImpression<\/strong> -&gt; Con esta funci\u00f3n hallaremos las impresiones de cada producto detalladas por categor\u00edas, marca o listados, fijaros que incluye hasta un elemento para detallar la posici\u00f3n del producto, esta funci\u00f3n deber\u00eda lanzarse para cada producto.<\/li>\n<li><strong>ec:setAction<\/strong>-&gt; Esta funci\u00f3n es de las m\u00e1s importantes, ya que con ella podremos marcas el producto que se ha a\u00f1adido al carrito, productos vistos, compra terminada u otras acciones del carrito.<\/li>\n<li><strong>ec:addProduct<\/strong> -&gt; La usamos para prepararnos los productos y saber que hacer con ellos, en principio no realiza ninguna acci\u00f3n.<\/li>\n<li><strong>ec:addPromo<\/strong>-&gt; Nos permite identificar las promociones que tenemos en la tienda y que el usuario puede usar.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Pues esto es todo
